Who We Are Looking For:
The Art Director will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the visual and creative direction of the Thrive Causemetics brand across a variety of channels. This includes digital platforms such as paid social media, CRM, SMS, E-Commerce, as well as traditional print media including direct mail and PR mailer inserts. Additionally, the role extends to consumer engagement activations, packaging design, event pop-ups, and potential retail spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking, capable of delivering compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement and sales.

The base pay range for this role is $127,000 - $160,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
