Responsibilities
- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
- Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Strong desire to work in the fitness industry
- EXCELLENT Communication Skills
- 1-2 years solid customer service experience
- 1-2 years sales experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- CPR/AED Certification a plus
PART TIME - 15 hours - 35 hours per week based on performance
