Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and utilizing their sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Utilize outside sales techniques to identify and pursue sales opportunities, resulting in increased sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales support processes to ensure seamless customer interactions and optimal sales performance.
- Analyze and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand while minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
- Demonstrate strong retail math skills, accurately calculating pricing and profit margins.
- Utilize sales management software to track sales performance, monitor sales pipelines, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of automotive sales products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the sales department.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ Year experience in automotive sales management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales Management skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of automotive sales management principles, including retail math and sales management.
- Proficiency in sales management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $144,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
