Camp Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Camp Manager to lead the operations and guest experience at our camp facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, guest services, and customer service, with a dedication to crafting exceptional experiences for campers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of camp operations, including staff management, activity planning, and guest services.
- Ensure the maintenance and safety compliance of camp facilities.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for camp-related supplies and services.
- Develop and execute programs to elevate the camper experience.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Manage activity schedules for seamless camp operation.
- Provide training and guidance to camp staff for delivering outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort management is preferred.
- Proficient in customer service practices with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest service standards.
- Strong organizational skills and leadership capabilities.

- Property management: 3 years (Preferred)
