Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and be proficient in various HR systems and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist in conducting employee evaluations and performance reviews
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and ensure compliance within the organization
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in talent acquisition by sourcing candidates and coordinating hiring processes
- Support training and development initiatives for employees
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HR systems such as UKG
- Experience with employee evaluation processes and payroll management
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to conduct interviews and assist in recruiting activities
- Familiarity with training development programs and talent acquisition strategies
