We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning our human resources strategy with our business objectives. You will work closely with senior management and department heads to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support overall company objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding of top talent.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution and performance management.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans to drive employee growth and productivity.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and create programs that enhance employee skills, career development, and leadership capabilities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Culture and Engagement: Champion initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a business partner or similar capacity and 2 years in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
