Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Assistant to support our team of Aestheticians and Nurse Injectors in delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Aestheticians and Nurse Injectors in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.
- Greet patients, review their medical history, and assist with completing necessary consent forms and documentation.
- Assist in presenting treatment plans, and educating patients in the importance of their patient journey.
- Prepare patients for treatments, including prepping the treatment area, cleansing the skin, and providing pre-procedure instructions.
- Assist with cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox injections, dermal filler injections, laser treatments, and facial rejuvenation procedures.
- Provide post-procedure care instructions and ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and restocking treatment rooms as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assisting program, or medical aesthetic experience.
Certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
Strong understanding of cosmetic procedures and familiarity with aesthetic terminology.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
