Job Description:
Snow Country Limousine provides luxury transportation through the greater area of Utah and Montana. The company focuses on delivering efficient service and unforgettable experiences. We are looking for a positive, highly motivated individual to split their time working in the office and onsite greeting our clients. Office hours will be 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm while greeter shifts can fluctuate from mornings to nights.
Guest relation agents are responsible for booking transfers for our clientele and creating a memorable first impression. They are the initial point of contact when a client uses our services. This position requires high levels of professional communication, both verbal and written, with both clients and affiliates. Snow Country agents should positively influence the customer’s experience, through their brief but meaningful interaction with the client. This includes providing personalized care and prompt, 5-star service.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Office
- Explains which vehicles and price options are available for the days the customer requires service.
- Confers with customers to determine their service requirements and preferences.
- Professionally speak with customers via telephone and email for the purpose of price quoting and booking reservation
- Provide prompt five- star service to our hotel accounts and assist their needs
- Communicate effectively with other office team/individuals to work together to ensure high quality and timely completion/division of shift duties
- Maintain broad knowledge of services, pricing, procedures and booking system
- Complete accurate work and update customer reservations, with special attention to detail.
- Confirm accuracy of transportation for following day
- Perform other minor office duties as requested by other departments during slow times.
Greeter
- Effectively greets, communicates and guides customers to the appropriate vehicle
- Ability to stand for hours at a time indoors and outdoors location
- Maintain composure under pressure; polite, courteous and friendly
- Welcomes all guests with a smile and greets following Snow Country customer service standards
- Ability to work effectively within role independently and with other team members
Job Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience (Preferred): A few months to one year of customer service or hospitality experience
