ABOUT US:
HealPros is a rapidly growing specialized health services and information technology company based in Atlanta, GA. We provide services to health plans around the country, helping bring early detection and examination services directly to plan members in their home and other convenient locations. HealPros’ initial service offering provides retinal eye screenings to diabetic members utilizing portable cameras, with screening results uploaded to proprietary cloud-based applications. Screening results are provided to the company’s health insurance plan clients.
THE ROLE:
The Program Associate is responsible for supporting the Program Managers and ensuring seamless operations across various client programs. This role involves managing client documentation, attending meetings, handling campaign management, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend regularly scheduled internal and client meetings

Review changes on scripts and results letters and submit tickets for client collateral annually or as needed

Compile metrics and take notes for client meetings or email updates

Assist with managing client deliverables

Lead research for any client issues (incomplete appointments, indeterminates, low contact rates, etc.) and provide findings to the Program Manager

Assist client with audit research as relevant

Assist managing client’s Special Campaigns processes

Edit, log, and distribute client-facing escalations
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

2+ years of experience in program coordination, client management, or a related role. Healthcare preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
