Job Summary:
Join our team as a Quality Assurance Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with CMS regulations, Health & Human Services standards, and internal quality systems. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will oversee quality audits, fabricate quality management processes, and lead projects to enhance overall quality control within our organization.
Duties:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures in accordance with CMS regulations and Health & Human Services standards.
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with program standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate and implement quality management processes.
- Manage projects related to quality assurance, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality control measures.
- Monitor HACCP protocols to guarantee product safety and quality standards are met consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of CMS regulations, HHS standards, and primary home care licensing requirements.
- Knowledge of Medicaid Star Plus programs
- Proficiency in project management to lead quality improvement initiatives effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain an open line of communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to ensure adherence to established quality control procedures.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Experience working with Microsoft and VESTA systems software.
- Familiarity with conducting internal and external quality audits.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
