Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Manage the daily operations of the location, including customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels, monitoring market trends and adjusting stock levels accordingly.
Staff Scheduling: Responsible for staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
Team Leadership: Train and supervise staff members to ensure they meet performance goals and provide outstanding service.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction, achieving targets set by the company.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Strong Math Skills: Proficient in handling financial transactions and managing inventory.
Managerial Experience: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in car rental or hospitality.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Time Management: Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage schedules.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with customers and staff members.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks.
