As our Clinic Manager you’ll work alongside management in providing staff with the right tools, resources, processes, and environment so that they are set-up to provide exemplary care for our diverse patients in our beautiful and healing clinic that nurtures and celebrates cultural and philosophical perspectives.

As a Clinic Manager you will:
- Develop and implement clinic-specific patient service, human resource, and financial goals & objectives consistent with VM's strategic goals
- Forecast staffing, capital, and operating budget needs in evaluating and reporting on the clinic's market position, financial situation, space utilization, etc. Monitors performance of plan and adjusts as needed.
- Performs all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment and retention, analyzing staff mix and deploying staff, ensuring competency of staff through development and regular evaluation, and providing disciplinary counseling
- Responsible for payroll and coordination with insurance billing. Pay rent and clinic expenses (Business license renewals, credit cards, and reimbursement of employee expenses)
- Oversee clinic operations by ensuring accurate inventory, tracking, and ordering of supplements as well as medical and office supplies performed by staff
- Responsible for routine facilities maintenance being performed, troubleshoots and puts systems and services in place to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for patient care/service delivery that is in alignment with the lease agreement
- Ensures customer satisfaction by analyzing customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions and providing appropriate follow-through.
- Markets and promotes new and existing programs and services to patients and community.

- Experienced in executing strategies and plans that will propel the efficiency and effectiveness of clinic operations
- Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided
- Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic
- Proficiency in managing budgets, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors
- Competency with computer-based healthcare administration systems, like Cerbo EMR.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public
- Demonstrate a high standard of business ethics and integrity
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to learn and understand new proprietary software applications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience in supervising, leadership, and management

The clinic provides comprehensive medical diagnosis, treatment, management and preventative care. We commonly use phlebotomy, urine, stool, breath, swab, and imaging diagnostic testing. We treat dis-ease with tools from both modern as well as ancient modalities including pharmaceuticals, herbs, nutritional and IV therapies, mindfulness techniques, minor office surgeries, mental health counseling, psychiatry with medical management, acupuncture, regenerative and prolotherapy, perineural injection therapy, comprehensive microbiome restoration, environmental toxicity chelation, energy medicine, hypnotherapy, massage, pelvic health physical therapy, hormone therapy including bioidenticals as well as multiple offerings of high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology.
