- Gross Weekly Range: $ 2500 to $3300
- Non Taxable Range: $ 1200 to $1500/Week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and be skilled in providing high-quality care across various units. Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including updates on patient conditions and treatments.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and treatment plans.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or Needed Compact State License
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable with relevant experience.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; additional certifications relevant to specialty areas preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting patients and equipment
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice/ Compact State License
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- CPR certification required; ACLS certification a plus & COVID card.
