Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of commercial roofing experience to lead our sales division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an exceptional leader, and a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of achieving sales goals in the commercial roofing sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead and inspire a talented sales team, drive growth, and contribute to the ongoing success of Global RSW. Willing to relocate the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting potential new customers.
- Collaborate with the operations, estimating and finance teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial re-roof sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing with experience in waterproofing and metal wall panel products and services.
- Experience in Salesforce, Bluebeam, Edge, Acumatica and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
