Customer Services Representative
$17.70 / hour
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:

Handle incoming calls from policyholders, claimants, and other consumer contacts
-
Report of policyholder claims, processing premium payments, providing insurance quote and processing policy changes, assisting with customer website support, and answering general inquiries

Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience, processes, and communication as needed
What We're Looking For:
-
Ability to acquire and maintain Property and Casualty (P&C) Producer's license in Shelter's operating territory (paid for by Shelter)

Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills as well as strong computer skills
-
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating problem-solving skills
-
Ability to take the lead and guide our customers to a resolution
-
Detailed individual with flexibility to handle frequent changes

Demonstrate timely, consistent job attendance history with the availability to work some nights, weekends and holidays

Be able to work beginning August 12, 2024 from our Columbia, MO call center

Due to duties and responsibilities of this position, a criminal background check may be run on final candidates
