SUMMARY
Greenhill School seeks a dynamic, motivated, and collaborative individual to serve as the Associate Director of Admission for Middle School and Upper School who will manage all aspects of the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of students in grades 5-11. This individual must be able to clearly articulate the school's mission and goals to prospective parents and students and successfully collaborate with the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management, other administrators, division heads, and faculty to promote Greenhill's programs positively. An integral member of the team, the Associate Director reports to the Director of Admission and Enrollment Management and works closely with the admission team in the planning, organization, and execution of all enrollment-related events and activities to ensure an equitable enrollment experience.
The Associate Director is detail-oriented, adaptable, thrives in a team environment, and can seamlessly move between job responsibilities. This person will join a fast-paced, purposeful admission team and be eager to take the initiative, share ideas, engage in professional development, and be open to new and creative approaches.
This is a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. Some evening and weekend work is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages the 5-11 grade Admission processes, including communication with applicant families, maintaining electronic files, coordinating student interviews and visits, preparing Admission Committee materials, reading all files, and taking an active role in admission committee meetings.

Assists in planning and hosting on-campus admission events, including Parent Visit Days, Admission Previews, tours, interviews, and testing.

Oversees the student ambassador and host program.

Develops and maintains appropriate processes and procedures for 5-11 grade admissions in coordination with the Enrollment Manager and Heads of the Middle School and Upper School.

Assists the Director with all outreach efforts, including recruitment events such as school fairs and visits.

Participates in evaluating and producing electronic Admission forms for use in the admission process.

Cultivates and maintains relationships with personnel at key sending schools.

Contributes positively to increasing the productivity and efficiency of the Admission Department.

Participates in campus activities to understand and explain Greenhill traditions knowledgeably and become familiar with school policies and procedures for grades 5-12.

Participates in professional development through regional and national admission and enrollment organizations and maintains awareness of the field's best practices and innovative ideas.

Conducts some post-admission parent conferences for applicant families.

Effectively utilizes Finalsite and Blackbaud systems, leveraging the CRM functionality of Finalsite to optimize engagement with families.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required.

3 Years of related work experience is required, preferably in an NAIS-accredited independent school or similar environment.
