**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Duties:**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Manage and grow existing accounts by upselling and cross-selling services
- Utilize CRM (currently ClickUp) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with CEO to develop sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends to effectively market products
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or technology sales
- Strong account management skills with the ability to drive business growth
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and market analysis abilities
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building rapport
- Demonstrated success in business development initiatives
