Leadership and Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25+ employees, including 2 direct reports, to achieve operational goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes team engagement and high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to direct reports.
Lean Implementation & Continous Improvement
- Champion the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles across the operations.
- Identify and eliminate waste, improve process efficiency, and enhance product quality through Lean methodologies.
- Train and educate staff on Lean concepts and tools to ensure sustainable improvements.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of implemented changes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities to address operational challenges.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to manufacturing operations.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Safety and Quality
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure compliance with quality management systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Proven experience in Lean manufacturing implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the medical device industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Competitive base salary between $130,000 and $150,000, depending on experience and skills
