What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assigning cleaners and infield technicians to jobs, managing current appointments, and rescheduling as needed.
- Assigning cleaners to jobs both daily and in advance.
Answering customer calls, providing quotes, and booking appointments.
- Updating business information, responding to emails, and performing other similar tasks.
- Responding to cleaners' and technicians' questions via text or phone promptly.
- Forwarding important information regarding jobs to customers and cleaners.
- Ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently with customers, cleaners, and technicians.
- Preparing a daily report of all tasks completed to your head manager.
- Assisting in building and organizing systems to streamline business operations.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience to ensure every possible customer is provided with all appropriate information and feels comfortable proceeding with booking.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral); you must convey trust, professionalism, and a caring attitude at all times.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused with proven time management, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability for accuracy while working quickly and reliably meeting deadlines.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and while multitasking.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, following processes with minimal supervision.
- Confident computer user (work includes using our website, company-specific databases, and Web/Social Media).
- High School Graduate.
- Previous experience in management, sales, and customer service strongly preferred.
- Spanish speaker required.
- Genuine desire to provide a great client experience.

- Experience in the cleaning industry or a related service-based industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling software.
