Responsibilities:
- Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide direct care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities
- Follow all medical documentation protocols and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a behavioral health or special education setting
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques and strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data collection and record keeping
- Ability to follow established protocols for client care and safety
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation procedures

Pay: $35,360.00 - $37,440.00 per year
