As a Director of Product Management, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and success of our company's programmatic advertising products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our B2B customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate market trends and customer requirements into actionable product strategies.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Audience Solutions product line, aligned with our overall business strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
- Champion a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging user feedback and analytics to measure success.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success, to gather input, align priorities, and drive successful product launches
- Maintain a deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape and emerging trends
You have…
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management. Launching, and scaling big data solutions in the AdTech industry
- Worked in an agile environment where needs and priorities can shift as the market evolves
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration) or equivalent work experience

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $180,000.00 to $220,000.00 plus bonus. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
