Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential apartments and securing commercial tenants for properties throughout New York City. This role involves collaboration with our in-house attorneys on contracts and closings, overseeing property showings, and managing property listings. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and must hold a valid New York real estate license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Residential Sales: Actively engage in the sales process of residential apartments in New York City, from listing to closing.
Commercial Leasing: Identify and secure commercial tenants for various properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
Contract and Closing Coordination: Work closely with our in-house attorneys to facilitate contracts and closings, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Property Showings: Oversee and conduct property showings for both residential and commercial properties, providing excellent customer service and property knowledge.
Marketing and Listings: Manage the posting and advertising of available properties across various platforms to attract potential buyers and tenants.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and support throughout the buying or leasing process.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide clients with accurate and insightful information.
Administrative Duties: Perform necessary administrative tasks related to property management and sales.
Requirements:
Valid New York real estate license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Proven track record in residential sales and commercial leasing.
Strong understanding of New York City real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in using real estate online listing platforms.
Self-motivated and proactive in driving sales and securing tenants.
