Job Description:
As a Customer Outreach Trainee at Arete Connections, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our organization with potential donors, building meaningful relationships, and increasing awareness and support for our fundraising initiatives. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of fundraising and community engagement.
Entry Level Customer Outreach Trainee Responsibilities:
- Engage with community members, and potential supporters to educate them about our clients mission and fundraising initiatives.
- Set up and attend local promotional community-based events to expand our clients reach within the community
- Manage and accurately track all inventory
- Track and report all sales
- Adhere to all compliance standards
- Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings, networking sessions, and one-on-one mentorship
Entry Level Customer Outreach Trainee Requirements:
- Experience in a customer facing role preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to travel locally to our office and event locations
- Ability to work full time hours including Saturdays
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
