Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (flexible with occasional earlier start times) IN OFFICE
Pay: ~$30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Generate reports
- Event planning (plan monthly financial planning meetings at public libraries)
- Lead generation and follow-up (online and in-person)
- Appointment scheduling (prospects and clients)
- Receptionist duties (greeting clients, managing coffee and supplies)
- Light data entry
- Sending birthday cards
- Learning and taking initiative on tasks
Preferred Skills:
- Financial planning background (a plus)
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and work independently
Additional Notes:
- In-office for 4 - .5 days per week (20-25 hours)
