The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. The RM will participate in the achievement of store objectives.
Typical duties will include:

Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to store management and crew members. Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy and health regulations

Works with the management team to meet sales goals vs. budget

Executes Company policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment
-
Monitors inventory levels to ensure product availability and orders products
-
Manages and maintains safe working conditions
-
Provides proper training for Shift Supervisors and Crew Members through established systems
-
Ensures store compliance with Company operating policies and procedures
Additional Requirements:

2-3 years restaurant experience

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Flexible work availability

Desire to take and make customers orders correctly and efficiently

Ability to maintain a clean restaurant environment

Legally able to work in United States

Possess a valid and active drivers license

At least 18 years of age
