Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Overview: Sterling Therapy Solutions is seeking motivated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist with Sterling Therapy Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, acute care hospitals, and clinics. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to promote optimal recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention and management.
- Document patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a valid license to practice in California.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with experience in multiple settings preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- CPR certification and knowledge of Medicare regulations and documentation requirements are preferred.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
