Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory and features of all vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet monthly targets
- Follow up with potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and cold calling abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends
- Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and public speaking skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license
