What you’ll do
The Resident Services Manager’s focus is on customer satisfaction and providing the ultimate living experience for residents leading to a minimum 40% retention rate. This position is responsible for setting the standard for how the property team engages with current and prospective residents. Administratively, the Resident Services Manager will ensure all rent is posted and paid in a timely manner and the management of resident ledgers and collection efforts are consistent with company policy. In coordination with the Leasing and Marketing Director, this position will be proactive in ensuring all resident events are professional and well attended.

What we look for
· A minimum of one year in Multi-Family Property Management – Student Housing preferred
· A minimum of two years in a Customer Service setting
· Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
· Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions
· Experience with property management software
· Able to work in a team setting or independently with little to no supervision
· Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
Where you’ll be working
This position is a shared position of two smaller communities near SDSU! Topaz is a is a 169 bed student housing property and College View is 301 bed property down the street from Topaz near SDSU.
