Operations Assistant & Client Service
We have been providing investment management services for over 40 years to clients all over the United States. We are looking for a talented and hard working individuals to join our growing family office & wealth management team. The new team member will work closely with experienced portfolio managers, traders and operations personel.
- Coordinate daily with investment teams and our vendor banks, brokers & technology specialists.
- Assist team with office operations to optimize work flow.
- Help manage office communications and day-to-day meetings schedules.
- Event & meeting schedule coordination.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of our physical office space.
- Responsible for incoming/outgoing office mail/courier.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
