We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
***Job Responsibilities***
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to enhance the new hire experience
- Evaluate employee performance during the onboarding period
- Utilize recruiting techniques such as cold calling and executive recruiting to attract top talent
- Design training programs and materials for new hires
- Utilize Salesforce or similar tools to track onboarding progress
- Manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
**Requirements:**
- 5+ Years Experience in HR
- A bachelor's degree is Human Resources Management, Business Management or equivalent in education and experience.
- A minimum of seven (3) to ten (5) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Training.
- Proven experience in interviewing, employee evaluation, and recruiting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Familiarity with executive recruiting techniques
- Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes
- Ability to use ADP or similar tools for tracking progress
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management
