Retrieves, prepares and packages bakery goods to put out on display. Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the sales floor and processing areas are clean, sanitary, fresh and full.
Must have the ability to handle refrigerated and frozen levels of temperature when retrieving product from cooler or freezer.
Exposure to approximately 28 degrees fahrenheit while handling products in cooler, -20 degrees in freezer and 400 degrees while placing products in or removing from ovens.
Significant customer service levels while multitasking.
