What You’ll Do
- Display a cheerful and positive attitude
- Be present and on time for all assigned shifts
- Assist customers with account opening and ongoing servicing
- Communicate effectively with customers through email, text, chat, and telephone calls
- Listen attentively and take detailed notes to ensure fast approvals
- Participate in on-going training, in person and online
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures
- Comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry
- Enthusiastically complete all other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- High School Graduate or equivalent (some higher education preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a service-related field
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- History of excellent attendance, attitude, and teamwork
- Understanding of customer-centric work environment, where performance is measured, judged and rewarded
- Domain English and/or bi-lingual (English & Spanish)
- Hours of Operations: 8am-11pm Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Saturdays (rotating weekends)
- Reliable high-speed internet required for work-from-home shifts
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

He or she must be able to work with a computer screen that is quickly changing and flashing the user to be alert of specific information. Must be available to work all shifts, days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
