Stratus Building Solutions is seeking talented individuals who can deliver our program to the customer in a business-to-business sales environment. Under the direction of the Regional Director, the Assistant Regional Director is accountable for leading Stratus' Chicago Operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Manage the day-to-day operations of our Chicago Area operations.
-Ensure that all corporate operational Policies and Procedures are established and followed.
-Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Control procedures and continuous improvement processes.
-Develop, implement and monitor work procedures, methods, and practices.
-Ensure all company safety policies and employer-employee legal requirements are instituted and adhered to.
-Meet mutually agreed-upon key metrics relating to Sales, operational performance, and divisional gross profit/contribution margin targets.
-Ensure the application of sound Customer Service principles in the administration of all job orders and responsiveness of the organization in all aspects (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Administration).
-Responsible for holding employees accountable for violations of Stratus's policies and procedures through the disciplinary process while adhering to all federal and state legal requirements.
-Ensure that employee training and cross-training are up-to-date, and in compliance with corporate policies.
-Ensure the timely completion of employee performance evaluations and make recommendations for employee development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
