Responsibilities:
We are searching for a dynamic talent management professional to join our global talent and organizational effectiveness center of excellence. The Manager of Leadership Development is primarily responsible for managing leadership development to grow best in class leaders. This role will also manage other enterprise-wide people cycle processes and initiatives such as professional development, career/internal mobility and our assessment strategy.
This role is specifically responsible for executing the following across Celanese:

Implement leadership development framework and accompanying curricula, resources, etc.
- Manage various leadership development programs, including communications, progression metrics, survey results, etc.

Develop and manage our assessment strategy to accelerate the development of our leaders and high potentials

Partner with Talent Acquisition on career development and internal mobility initiatives

Develop content and owning the planning and delivery of training

Plan, organize and facilitate development and training events
-
Support leader transitions for key leaders

Evaluate programs and processes and measures results
-
Support high potential development talent programs and accompanying curricula to accelerate development for high potential talent
- Support high potential and engagement action planning

Support cultural initiatives as needed

Partner with others on the Talent Management team to create and implement additional organization initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Masters degree in I/O Psychology or related field preferred

Experience operating in a manufacturing organization preferred

Experience operating in a global environment preferred

Experience in developing and facilitating leadership development content

Understand training and development principles and adult learning theory

Knowledge and/or experience in instructional design principles

Experience in program management and knowledge in program evaluation
