The successful candidates will have prior experience as a receptionist, legal assistant, or paralegal in a law firm. The positions entail extensive contact with clients, state and federal courts, and administrative agencies. The successful candidates must be able to multi-task and prioritize work; and must have excellent organizational, written, and communication skills. The successful candidates must be able to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Spanish proficiency and prior experience working in the fields of personal injury, family law, immigration law, or criminal defense are preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
- First impression while receiving and routing phone calls
- Greet and assist clients
- Client payments
ADDITIONAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sort incoming mail
- Distribute and assist with client returns upon pickup
- Accept and send UPS/FEDEX
- Schedule courier service
- Additional administrative tasks

- Experience with copiers, printers, and mail machine
