Techpoint Job Description – Production Coordinator
Job Overview
Looking for a qualified Production Coordinator to organize production activities according to demand and supply standards. The candidate will be the one to develop and implement the company's customer orders and production shipment functions including following activities: production planning/coordination, shipment planning and scheduling, work-in-process (WIP) tracking, and manufacturing performance reporting. The goal is to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of our production operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate production workflow for company products
- Organize customer PO to enter ERP system and respond acknowledgement to customer.
- Monitor & track manufacturing WIP status and finished outputs schedule
- Manage and schedule shipment based on customer PO/payment and inventory effectively
- Plan and prioritize shipments to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Identify and resolve problems relating to inventory and shipments
- Address issues from customer complaint regarding the shipments
- Prepare and report status and performance • Keep all manufacturing data organized
- Collaborate with production planning, quality control, sales department and other staffs
Requirements
- Proven experience in related functions
- Knowledge of production control and supply chain management principles
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent inter-group communication abilities
- BS degree or equivalent experience in related field
