Requirements/Competencies:

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens

Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy

Must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)

Requires TB Evaluation at pre-employment and annually
-
Requires negative COVID test at employment
-
Must be able to lift 20 pounds

Requires long periods of sitting/standing

Must have the following technical skills – Word, Excel and Electronic Health Record (Care Logic)

Must be willing to transport residents in company van
-
Must demonstrate the ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients in a residential treatment setting

Must be able to lift and carry groceries and supplies and move furniture for cleaning.

Must be able to assist disabled individuals on/off vehicle and secure seatbelts.
-
Must be able to use a gait belt and mechanical lift to lift and position individuals, as needed.
