As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads.
· Collaborate with a small internal marketing team to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand identity and business objectives.
· Collaborate on all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including campaign planning, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Monitor key performance metrics and analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize campaign performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
· Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
· Conduct special projects as needed.
Qualifications
· Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation software
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights
· Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms.
· Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
· Knowledge of photography and video editing is a bonus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
