Primary Responsibilities
- Uncover New Business Opportunities by Educating Key Advisors and Prospects on the Value of CuraLinc's Approach to Employer-Sponsored Mental Health Programs
- Navigate Through a Complex System of Buyers and Influencers to Understand Gaps and Drive Consideration of CuraLinc as a Potential Partner
- Manage a Multi-State Territory for Small- and Mid-Market Opportunities
- Identify and Qualify Large-Market Opportunities for the VPs of Sales
- Follow-Up and Maintain Active Engagement with Inbound Leads
- Demonstrate and Communicate an Extensive Knowledge of CuraLinc's Solutions
- Provide Weekly Reports on the Status of Prospect Meetings, Opportunities and Activity
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of Two (2) Years of B2B Sales Experience
- BS/BA Degree or Work Equivalent
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.)
- Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented
- Strong Communicator with a 'Hunter' Mentality
