$95k – $115k
The Senior Accountant should have a robust knowledge of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. They will compile and analyze financial statements and reports among other duties.
- Ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with audit requests.
- 4 – 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Previous public experience is required.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Working knowledge of SOX.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related degree is required.
