Some of the many important tasks that RN’s get to do at LifeScape include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs nursing tasks for pediatric patients for both our medically complex and inpatient rehabilitation unit
- Completes pediatric assessments, respiratory care, trach care, suctioning, neb treatments, and ventilator use
- Communicates a clear picture of a child’s health and any changes in their status
- Serves as a primary nurse within a specific unit
- Administers medications/enteral feedings
- Promotes health and safety
- Builds relationships with patients and their families
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required. Valid South Dakota RN Licensure required. Prior nursing and/or direct care experience preferred.
