We are currently hiring a Maintenance Manager, to work in our Housing Office. As the Maintenance Manager, you would be responsible for:

Oversight of the physical assets, general maintenance, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects

Have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, carpentry, painting, dry wall, and other building systems

Implement procedures for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment

Supervision of maintenance technicians

Respond to sites in the event of an emergency to provide direct relief or to arrange and monitor the activities of a contractor
Maintenance Manager Minimum Salary: $58,500.00 annually
Maintenance Manager Maximum Salary: $58,500.00 annually
Maintenance Manager Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, on-call shifts may be required
Qualifications:

Vocational/Technical School and/or training

3-5 years of experience

Valid NYS Drivers License
