Founded in 1999, Pacific Barcode Label Printing Solutions is a leading global label manufacturer. In addition, we provide label printing equipment, label software, maintenance, repair, and installation services.
We are looking to add a Process Quality and Improvement Coordinator role to our Operations team. This role is an on-site position based in our offices in Temecula, Ca. This role reports to the General Manager / Director of Quality with a dotted line to the Director of Manufacturing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting scheduled daily visual inspections to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Recording inspection and test results accurately.
- Detecting and documenting defects or deviations from quality standards and reporting them to relevant departments.
- Managing non-conformances, risk mitigations, and corrective actions with customers and vendors.
- Reporting on quality, statistical process controls and other key performance measures.
- Visual inspections to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Responsibility for monitoring, and working within the ISO systems.
- Training the team on all matters relating to quality.
- Ensuring documented information in place and accurate, such as Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc
- Responsible for the establishment and enforcement of production quality goals.
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement within processes, workflows, and operations.
- Analyzing performance data and metrics to pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
- Designing strategies and action plans to address identified improvement opportunities
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of implemented improvements.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred Engineering or technical degree or related work experience.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Excellent Excel, Word, and MS Office experience required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism in all areas and leads by example.
- ISO internal auditor certification is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
