· Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with programs.
· Open daily mail and sort to appropriate staff members.
· Process and reconcile daily cab fares and reports.
· Tracks errors between collected fares and trip logs.
· Prepares deposits for cab fares, cash sales, and accounts receivable.
· Input rider information into a rider database, including keeping up with billing vouchers given to riders.
· Create weekly drivers’ logs and record ridership.
· Complete daily rider counts for the city bus routes.
· Recording daily mileage provided by all CGCTA vehicles.
· Other general admin duties that include filing, making copies, etc.
