The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business leads, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Fitbooks. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the health and wellness industry, including gyms, spas, wellness centers, and related businesses.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Fitbooks' services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and customer support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM software.
- Represent Fitbooks at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, or advisory services is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the health and wellness industry, including familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to effectively manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
