Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facility Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CMMS, supervising, fabricating, voltmeter usage, high voltage systems, HVAC, electrical work, logic controllers, English proficiency, and interpreting schematics.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities for all facility systems
- Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot high voltage systems using a voltmeter
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical repairs and installations
- Program and troubleshoot logic controllers
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance or related field
- Proficiency in CMMS software
- Strong supervisory skills
- Ability to fabricate and repair equipment
- Experience with high voltage systems and voltmeter usage
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical work
- Familiarity with logic controllers and interpreting schematics
- Excellent communication skills in English
