Responsibilities:

Constantly research and identify potential clients and qualified leads

Cold Calling, emailing, and following up with potential clients daily

Must be willing to problem solve, educate, and answer questions for potential new clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients

Ability to work cross-departmentally with sales managers and operations department

Set meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close new business

Maintain organized work environment and accurately store information in CRM system

Provide exceptional customer service to any and all potential new clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Minimum 1 year of work experience or 4-year degree; previous sales/customer service is a plus

Strong understanding of the transportation industry and/or willingness to learn

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM software

Flexibility to travel as required
