The responsibility of our kitchen team members is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures and exceed customer expectations.
- Prepares cold and hot products.
- Must be able to follow recipes and be well-versed in a variety of food products and techniques
- Controls product availability as the shift starts
- Ensure the walk-in cooler is clean, with updated labels
- Using a label machine to ensure food is label properly
- Thawing frozen products
- Removing all trash
- Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
- Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedure
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Speak English fluently, bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Must have good interpersonal communication skills to work with customers and other employees
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles
- Ability to lift and push 50 lb.
