Job Summary:
We are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and customer satisfaction .
Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiry and process them in-person
- Handle and communicate with customers with empathy and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs to recommend products or services
- Inform customers on sales promotions
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers to build strong relationships
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work with a team
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous
- Proficiency in data entry
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
