SR. BUSINESS ANALYST (REMOTE)
Location: Remote (with potential to be onsite occasionally or full time as required)
Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Agility Consultants is currently seeking a Business Analyst to develop and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity. This position is responsible for creating new models and strategies that support business decisions, improve operations, and optimize costs. The Business Analyst researches solutions, implements innovative strategies, and applies key performance indicators to measure the impact of the initiatives.
Job Duties Include:
Leads small-to-mid size projects and assists on larger projects
Assists in managing project scope, determining priorities, and following proper escalation paths
Analyzes current systems, processes, and procedures for operational inefficiencies and failures
Researches and evaluates viable solutions to the client’s operational challenges
Identifies most effective and innovative solution(s) that resolves the client’s business, software, or system issues
Ensures all solutions meet regulatory and reporting requirements
Develops policies, procedures, reports, and/or other source material for the new operational system
Monitors the initiative(s) implementation and progress through completion
Develops key performance indicators and accurately measures the impact of the improvement through ongoing analysis
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a business analyst
Process modeling experience
Understanding and knowledge of regulatory and reporting requirements
Understanding of and ability to implement and measure key performance indicators
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to evaluate different systems/solutions and determine most effective option
Ability to write source material in an accurate, concise, and clear manner
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate within timelines
Ability to stay abreast of industry best practices and innovative systems, processes, procedures, and technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrated ability to work independently
